"I like dogs. You always know what a dog's thinking. It has four moods. Happy, sad, cross and concentrating. Also, dogs are faithful and they do not tell lies because they cannot talk.'
Mark Haddon - (A Curious Incident of a dog in the night-time).
If you fancy painting a portrait of your 'First Friend' then why not pop along to my Autumn workshop. See details below.
This six-week course at my Hadleigh studio starting on the 13th September 2018 will be carefully structured and engineered to teach you some of the basics of working with oils and tackling a successful dog portrait in an intimate and relaxed setting.
This will be a micro-sized work-shop with a maximum of four pupils to guarantee a good helping of indivdual attention. No experience is needed just plenty of enthusiasm and for the first session all materials will be provided. Students will be issued with a list of materials for lesson 2.
Depending on the amount of subscribers to this course, I may run a parallel course on Tuesday mornings from 10 am to 12.30 pm. Please contact me for details or simply pop your details in the form below if you'd like to sign up. I really look forward to welcoming you!
I shall also be putting my mind to running a 'Draw your dog in pastels' workshop in the months ahead so please get in touch if this is a medium which also tickles your fancy.
